glad i'm not the only eclectic one out there! i get bored easily so i have to have a broad variety, lol.

I mostly listen to Def Leppard, Chris Tomlin and CCR.

I just recently added Blessid Union of Souls & I am looking to add Cherry Ghost. Have you heard of them? I LOVE their sound!

And let's be honest, we mostly listen to the iPod in the car, therefore what I listen to the MOST on it is Veggie Tales.

I'm so sick of what is on my mp3 player and so clueless about music after 1992 (when I finished grad school) that I added SIRIUS internet radio to my in car subscription just so I can listen to a huge variety of music on my computer for only $3 a month:) I tried Pandora but when you don't know where to start it's hopeless.

My mp3 player mostly is used for audio books. I'm listening to the Undead series (Queen Betsy) by MaryJanice Davidson currently, mixed in with some of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series. And random Christmas & Celtic music .

I'm crazy eclectic.

I'm really eclectic, too.

The stuff I've added in the last 2 months has included:
Avenged Sevenfold
The Clash
Ultra-Chilled, volume 3
Warlock
Y&T
Otep
Simian Mobile Disco
Juno Reactor
Benny Mardones
10CC
Krista

But then, with random playing, I get:
CeCe Peniston (90's pop/dance)
The Vapors (new wave)
Lords of Acid (death pop)
Motley Crue (glam metal)
Dianne Reeves (vocal jazz)
The Chemical Brothers (techno/electronica)
OutKast (hip hop)
Muse (alternative rock)
Zero 7 (chill electronica)
Otep (heavy metal)
Aerosmith (classic hard rock)
The Kinks (classic rock/oldies)
Aaliyah (pop)
Joe Jackson (80's rock)
Marcus Roberts Trio (jazz)
Slipknot (heavy metal)
Eagles (classic rock)
Stray Cats (80's surfer rock)
Charlie Parker (jazz)
The Beatles (classic rock)
Black Uhuru (reggae)
Deep Dish (dance)
The Dears (indie rock)
Bread (70's gushy pop)
Bee Gees (disco)

I think you all get the picture. Oh and I still subscribe to Sirius/XM radio for my car. No, I do not have a music addiction (says the girl who has over 6,300 songs on her Zune and wants a very large gift certificate to the Zune store to get more).

how the heck did i forget to put Nickelback down?? they are may most fave!! i also have SiriusXM in my car. love it! kinda wish i had a detachable one so i could listen other than in my car, but oh well. and its like $40 every three months or something? not bad.

i bought more random songs last night. i forgot how much i love the song "Once Bitten Twice Shy" by Great White, lol. i also some more GnR, and that "Shake It" song by Eminem (not a song for kids to hear, but i like the beat, lol) "The Joker" by Steve MIller band, and "Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top <---wish i could find the cover of when Nickelback sung it at some award show but they must have just done it there. they did an amazing job. still have some credit left, but i'll wait, lol. it was so fun browsing and sampling stuff!

I don't have an iPod yet (hoping to get an iTouch when we do our taxes in Feb!), but I have a TON of music in my iTunes - just music alone is almost 35GB! I have a little bit of everything (rock, pop, r&b, country, soundtracks, kids/Disney stuff, newer stuff, old stuff loaded from our huge CD collection etc) and some of my DH's music that I wouldn't listen to (like most of his old school rap lol) since his CD/DVD drive doesn't work on his laptop we load it on my PC and transfer it over so he can load it to his iPod. I really need to go through and clear some of his junk out of there since it's on his laptop now!

Some of the stuff I can think of off the top of my head-
Breaking Benjamin
Three Days Grace
Chevelle
Foo Fighters
Evans Blue
Adam Lambert
Beyonce
Jordin Sparks
Kelly Clarkson
Lady Gaga
Lifehouse
Linkin Park

Jay Sean
Sean Kingston

Shakira
Michael Franti
Black Eyed Peas
David Cook
Ryan Star
Miley Cyrus
Mariah Carey
Katy Perry
Taylor Swift
