Speaking of XMAS Present Ideas...

can you guys help me out for ideas for my DS 8??? I have no idea what to really get him other than a few Wii games....so I am in desperate need of some help ladies, so show me what I can get him....
 
What are your ds' interests? Last year I surprised my teenager with pillows, curtains, and characters ... of his favorite games...he was sooooooo surprised and pleased! ...his room is now decorated in pokemon, mario, and sonic! I can point you towards the ebay sellers I bought from if you are interested.
 
Is he a reader, Angie? My boys love books! JP (10 next month) loves science kits, especially gross experiments. Devin (7 next week...eek!) loves nerdy stuff, so if your boy leans towards nerdy, I'm your girl!
 
at that age my oldest son was really into K'nex. In fact he still is (and he is almost 18). LOL. He's going to be an engineer, so I think K'nex really fed his early interest. His favorite K'nex sets at that age were ones that had motors like this one.
 
My 7 yo (almost 8) is really into Legos, Star Wars toys and Bakugan Battle stuff. Oh, and games for the X-Box and DS. I think he'll probably get 2 games for Christmas (one for each system) and some of the other stuff. I am trying to convince my DH that we don't need to buy the whole stinkin' store for him. He's way too spoiled as it is....
 
LEGOs are always a BEST bet...they never outgrow them...my 20 yo ds still pulls his out once in awhile...and my brother handed his down to his son (and built things with him)...
 
My boys must be freaks then, they loathe all things Lego. Well, except Lego Star Wars and Batman on the Wii.
 
so I got an abc distributing catalog in the mail and Ben found these in there so I just ordered them :)

but it is a Colts {football team} backpack and helmet piggy bank...was like $21 for both....not bad!!!!

and I got DH a Colts Mr Potato Head and DD {16} a cute blue artisan glass bracelet...figured they would be cute stocking stuffers!!!
