I was outside earlier with the kids and keeping Avery (4) busy by sending him on mini-scavenger hunts..for like 3 pieces of pine straw or 7 leaves etc. well at first he loved it but I think he got kind of tired of scavenging b/c when I sent him after 3 sticks..he walked around for a sec, bent down, picked up 2 sticks, and looked at them...then he goes "One stick, Two sticks" and then he broke one in half and held it up triumphantly and shouted, "THREE STICKS!"
I nearly wet my pants I was laughing so hard..I mean how smart is my kid??
