These are awesome! I have a lot of the country ones, but this gives me some to add to my list.
I wish itunes had a wishlist button.

I just went looking through all our CD's to find some of my Christmas CD's so I can load them into my iTunes and of course the two I'm looking for I can't find - Mariah Carey's Christmas CD and a CD of a bunch of kids Christmas songs that a friend made for my kids last year (I know it had I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas which my kids LOVE!). My house isn't that big so I can't imagine where they've run off to! I did happen to find my N'Sync & 98 Degrees Christmas CD's though lol! Most of my Christmas music is misc. songs I've collected here and there...mostly from the free MP3 songs Amazon has had in the past.
Here are a couple I can think of-
Baby It's Cold Outside (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJWSDeP4k-M) by Zooey Deschanel & Leon Redbone (the version from the movie Elf)
White Christmas (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRvh9sSTc3A) by Jason Castro

Hallelujah He is Born (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uO_Wc8xiui0) by Sawyer Brown
Mary Did You Know (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQ6OsiePP-A) sung by one of my favorite Branson performers, Dominic Haygood -- the video is a fan video and doesn't capture how he makes you *feel* this song. I can't imagine it being Christmas without hearing him sing this. And I have to wait until New Year's!
Carol of the Bells (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVgCOgtklew) by Straight No Chaser. Actually, anything by them. Amazing holiday music.
Little Drummer Boy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LHzxpECFm2Q) by Jars of Clay
Merry Christmas Darling (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSHevB1QZOM) by the Carpenters

O Holy Night (pretty much any version, though Josh Groban's is a favorite. It's harder to find as it's only available on his Live in Concert CD. I heard one version the other night that was truly repulsive. Thankfully I can't recall who did it.)
Lullaby by Eclipse (http://www.eclipsesingers.com/threekings.html)
Both holiday albums by Straight No Chaser, any holiday album by The Blenders. (We're big fans of a capella groups.)
SheDaisy/Rascal Flatts Twist of the Magi. Warped sense of humor required.
Mistletoe by Colbie Caillat
Right now you can get Joy Williams' holiday CD free through NoiseTrade (http://www.noisetrade.com/joywilliams). Either pass the info to five friends or pay what you think is fair for the music. It's good stuff too. I ♥ Joy Williams.

All Alone on Christmas by Darlene Love
Christmas All Over Again by Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers
*I'm Getting Nuttin for Christmas is good to play for the kids when they're cutting up. LOL
I second the rec for Josh Groban's O Holy Night (anything that man sings is fabulous though)
Harry Connick Jr's album When My Heart Finds Christma
soundtrack to The Preacher's Wife
Sleigh Ride & Frosty the Snowman by the Ronettes are both upbeat and kind of fun
And what about the Chipmunks? LOL...I still have their old Christmas LP somewhere in a box under the bed.

I like:
Rockin' around the christmas tree
Driving home from Christmas
Santa Baby
Blue Christmas (Elvis)
Last Christmas (Wham)
Not sure who sings them though, apart form the last two.
And just for fun (not with kids around, and not if you are easily offended): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjQgBFe_Pw0

And, I love this one by Taylor Swift! Christmas Must Be Something More (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpyjEpuigpc)

My Grown-Up Christmas List - Kelly Clarkson's version
Opera of the Bells - Destiny's Child (basically Carol of the Bells done a capella)
I Believe in Father Christmas - Greg Lake
A Wonderful Christmas Time - Paul McCartney
Christmas Wrapping - The Waitresses
I also love the entire "December" album by George Winston for a little "quiet" time.

It's not available for purchase, Vanessa. It was a bonus track (extra disc) included with the American Idol Christmas CD from season 2 or 3. It's a great version of the song too, I wish they'd make it available.
That said, Michael Bublé has a lovely version of it on his Let It Snow! EP. That one is available.
