Whizzes with Photo Editing - HELP!

My sister sent me this picture tonight and wants me to make their Christmas card with it. Can anyone help me fix her husband's eyes and son's eyes so it looks like they are looking at the camera?

I'm thinking the little guy looks good but my brother in law looks a little cross eyed. If you don't mind me asking, how did you do it? Did you use a clone tool? I guess I didn't even know where to start at trying to edit it.

Did they take any at the same time where he is looking at the camera? It would be much easier to "swap" eyes than to try to fix these.

Swapping eyes would be the easiest!

What I did was duplicate the pic a few times, I erased the original eyes on the top layer, and slid the bottom layers around till the eyes matched up... I had to transform the pics a bit.....

Id definately see if she has ones where they are looking right at the camera tho and just swap! That will give you the most realistic look!
