I think he's going to be very disappointed!

He has become very interested in babies lately.... carrying around stuffed animals and "mothering" them, wanting to look at babies that we see while out and about, etc. This evening he jumped on Santa's lap and told him that's what he wanted for Christmas, without even hesitating! When Santa asked if a baby brother would be ok, he said "no, only a pink baby."

I have no idea where he comes up with this stuff! He's 30 months old and never ceases to amaze (and amuze!) me.
 
so cute!! I think my kids were about 2 or 3 when they started noticing babies as well and wanting to look at them. Of course for both my oldest and middle child I was pregnant around that time as well so we had a talk about a baby brother or sister coming.
 
awww so sweet.....I have 5 kids but if my husband was the one that came to me and said he wanted another baby and if I was 100% guaranteed to get a baby girl I would probably have 1 more. Otherwise forget about it.
 
my DS didn't tell Santa . . . he told his Grandma (my MIL) he wanted a baby brother.

too funny...my son told me he wants a brother and a sister and he's even praying for them...he even told his teacher about it...i've been trying to explain delicately that it aint happening :)
