I got this message from goodfriend...What IS this? i accepted this message, and I can NOT get rid of this virus in my computer!!!!
I am NOT happy!:cursing:
 
i got that pm too, but i didnt click accept on the little box that popped up. it looked suspcious to me. hope you can get rid of it!
 
Hi. We've had a couple instances lately with spammers pm'ing people

Please everyone do NOT click on links in these sorts of pms! Never click on something you are unsure of as it can easily damage your computer!

Have you tried running your virus software in safemode? That sometimes will do the trick. Also try running a program similar to adaware in addition to your standard antivirus software HTH
 
Also, something that may help.. Is if you view your pms via your email FIRST-- that way you will avoid any of these pop up issues. You can simply return to your inbox and delete the pm without ever opening it.
 
I had 3 messages waiting from 3 different people!!! these things are aweful!!! Luckily when I saw it was a link to an outside website not related to the shoppe, I knew it was something shady!!! deleted them right away!!!
 
I have recieved 3 of these "warnings" also, by 3 different people. I thought they looked suspicious, so didn't click on the links. Glad I came here and read the thread...will delete these immediately!
