Alright girls... after doing some research, I've implemented some changes here in the forums that should improve the spam via PMs from here out.

If you are one of our dedicated members and you have any problems PMing or posting as usual, please let me know. We've implemented requirements to use the PM system which should not affect people who post regularly and who have been here a long time.

We are incredibly sorry for the situation this week and hope these changes will prevent this situation from happening again in the future.

I can't seem to upload or comment in the gallery. When I try to comment, it says that I don't have permission. :huh: I don't have the upload a photo link either.
 
thanks robin! I wonder why only some people were getting them? I never got any. And why so many all at once? nothing better for those people to do I guess... :)
 
I never got any either. probably just pm'd those people who recently posted at that time or maybe those who were listed as online at that time. At any rate glad to see they are gone
 
Thanks Robin. I didn't get any of the spam here, but I'm starting to get it at other sites now. I thought that the old Buddha one that went around was annoying, but this one is BAD. Sorry you had to implement these rules, but good for you for protecting members.
 
I got 2, and hadn't been logged in in ages... 4 kids will limit ytour time like that! You're a star for fixing it!!!!:thumbup:
