Thanks to all of you that sent your positive thoughts my way last week. I was in a bit of a panic mode on Friday night, after receiving a message from the current tenants of the townhome that they had two more viewings and we still hadn't heard from the realty company. Then finally late last night, I realized that we had a message on the phone, and when I picked it up, it was our approval notice with the instructions for signing the lease! Duh....! Here I was worried for nothing! We got our new home for March and I couldn't be more pleased. It has everything we wanted and then some. Thanks again for all the PT ladies!!:thumbup:

Now to look for paint swatches! Woo hoo!

If I lived closer, I'd help pack... love packing... but the unpacking, you are on your own... :p
