Where can I escape to scrap?

Ladies, do you have any good places to go and scrap? I was thinking library but I want to be able to eat and drink so that won't work.

So share with me any places you scrap when you're not at home. Maybe it will give me ideas. (hoping to get back my scrapping mojo today that has been missing all month -- note my unused spot in the Jan portfolio).

Huh, I have never scrapped anywhere except, my home, my mom or dad's or a motel room. If I ever get a laptop, that might be fun.
 
I second panera bread!!!! I have been there a few times and it was nice. :)

I also have a few awesome gals that has wireless and we scrap together WITHOUT kiddos (dads take those). We bring a favorite snack, have some girl talk and scrap away! :) That is what I do most often. Come to think of it.....I need to get with them soon. It has been awhile. :)
 
Lets see I've scrapped at: Starbucks, Books-A-Million, McDonalds, Buffalo Wild Wings, Schlotzchy's, at the airport, and even at the mall. Just for a few ideas! Course I do tend to get more done without internet available for some reason!

I get more done when I turn off my internet too. I close down everything but my PSE. Of course, it is nice to have WIFI just in case I need to go fine that "perfect" something to finish the page! :)

Lol.

I've never scrapped outside of my house, maybe because I don't get out much!! LOL. When I do go to Starbucks etc it's usually when I'm shopping and have the kids with me, so I wouldn't have the chance to sit and scrap, I wish I could though. ;)

Actually what is funny is I actually go to Starbucks to process my photos. I can scrap at home fine, but I always put off the processing and deleting of photos, so going there forces me to do it for some reason. But yeah...it sounded like I do it all the time and really it is like every other month I get out. Usually after a week of sick kiddos and DH is home for once and I HAVE to get out of the house!
 
LOL I've thought about trying to go somewhere to scrap, but the bedroom with my door closed is usually the farthest "away" I get. Would be nice to have some scrapping gals in the area to meet with - that sounds like fun!
