It's been a really long time since I did a WHCC order - do you still upload prints via FTP? For some reason I was thinking there was a new way to do it but it's been so long I don't recall specifically.
 
No, it's different. You use ROES. You can go on their site and download it. The software is super simple to use though, it's pretty much drag and drop.

ETA: I assume you get their newsletter stuff Emmy? I know you were talking about doing birth announcements for the girls - their press printed cards are on sale tomorrow through sunday midnight. Might be good for you :)
