i won that Ebay auction...

for the set of 12 Copic markers. i won the bid at $49.99 but i had to add Indiana's stupid 7% sales tax so it ended up being over $50, but free shipping so cool. i can't wait to get them, and hope they come in time for me to use on Chloe's valentine's i'm making for her to take to school. i've got a bunch of valentine stamps i found in the dollar bins at Joann's. fun!

i used to draw CONSTANTLY from the time i was like 4 til i graduated high school. art has always been my first love, lol. i got a lot of compliments,but i'm modest, lol. i haven't sat down and drawn a picture in so long, i wonder if i still can. i think thats why i'm 'drawn' (lol) to La and Shawna's and others doodley kits and stuff.

i've been wanting to draw and frame some pictures to hang up in the kids' room. maybe of disney characters or something. i'm better at cartoony stuff than real life stuff (though i loved to draw and design houses and plans). maybe now with these markers i'll get on those!
