ACDSee Photo Manager 2009 is on sale ...

It's PC users only - for organizing your scrap stash - and it's like Brussels sprouts, you either love it, tolerate it because that's just your way, or hate it. Personally, i cannot scrap without it. And i have found the 2009 version to have been far more stable than the earlier version i had.

Still haven't turned on even likely half of the functions, nor have i completely figured out embedding, but i live in hope. And let's not talk about tagging stashes, shall we?

Here's a silly question...I have ACDSee 10 right now. Is it worth the upgrade? Will it take what I already have tagged and simply update it so that what I have automatically flows over to the new one?

I have ACDSEE 9 and the same question as above...

If upgrading makes me lose my tags, I WILL NEVER DO IT.

i upgraded to the sale version from 10, and i thought it was worth it, simply because this version is far more stable - and there was something about embedding i was impressed with... but it's not all that different from 10? DigiScrapInfo would likely be a better source . . .

tagging all transferred just fine - and far less shut down errors!

hmmm...I might need to upgrade. I'm SO SICK of ACDSee crashing, but I can't scrap without it!

See, mine has never crashed so I'm still using it and pleased with it so I don't know that I want to upgrade unless its a really great thing.
