From what I have seen ... the "netbooks" do not have internal DVD drives. ...so if that is the case ... HOW do I go about finding the smallest/lightest laptop with an internal DVD drive? Would probably need to be $500 or under.
My mom keeps thinking she wants a netbook ... but ***I*** know she will be unhappy with it in the long run if she can't install a game (she plays games like Chuzzles and Mahjongg that don't need super fast computers) or watch movies... and I am not going to be going over there and putting things on flash drives for her constantly.
She'll use this primarily for:
1) Internet (checking e-mail and placing orders on QVC.com)
2) Playing a few games (i.e. chuzzles, mahjongg, and spherejongg)
3) Watching movies on DVD
4) Possibly listening to CDs
5) Possibly looking at photos (although she won't need a huge hard drive)
...so...any suggestions on how I begin looking for her?
