I <3 that font! The Feel Script is pretty close, but I don't think it's quite the right one. Several of the letters look different to me based on their examples. But dang that font is expensive!
I do know that is one of Tiffany's logos (OTSS/On the Spot Studios), maybe send her an email and ask her which font it is. I do know she only uses commercials fonts so it is most likely a pay font, hopefully it's not too expensive!

I've seen her logo around CM and I LOVE her logo and that font is incredible!

Do you have any more examples of it? In your LO's? I tried to search for it and it came up with every script font out there except that one. I'm just so curious now how it looks saying other things!

I don't use it in my layouts, I used to use it for work. To be honest, I hadn't thought about using it in layouts LOL

feel script is one of my absolute favorite fonts. like, ever. it's hard to use on layouts, but it's gorgeous in print and logos and things like that.
i'm not one who pays for fonts (my aunt bought this one for me, cause i had to have it. i begged and begged and begged for it). but it's well worth the $100. then again, i plan on using it for other things. i wish they had a cheaper version for people who didn't have the hundred bucks to spend on it.
