looking for recipes - easy recipes for 2 people

My dh is about to throw a hissy fit! I work evenings during the week so dh is in charge of making dinner for him and ds. He wants to try new recipes but is discouraged because most are for 6-8 people and he is afraid to split recipes. Anyone have some fabulous recipes? Easy recipes? TIA!!
 
Even if he just halved recipes and then saved leftovers for lunches or something. That's not too hard.
 
Allrecipes.com lets you rescale recipes based on the number of servings. I've found it really helpful, and the ratings are a good way to figure out if a recipe is really as good as it sounds.
 
There are quite a few cooking for two cookbooks out there...maybe check and see if your library has one...plus Leanne Ely at Saving Dinner has an option in the menu mailer for 2...her stuff is yum!

I was going to suggest this too. It's my go to site for recipes. You can also enter in different ingredients you want to use and it lists out specific recipes for you. I love that site :)
