You can e-mail me directly (I'll PM you as well). I've been a team captain and a committee member at a couple of Relays over the last 4-5 years. I can answer all sorts of questions you might have.
Depending on how many team members you have, you might want to delegate some of the responsibilities to other team members. I would definitely keep a notebook to keep track of everything from the team captain meetings as well as your own team's meetings. All I can say is that if you have never participated in a Relay, it will be an unforgettable experience.
