Thoughts And Prayers For My Momma, Please

My Momma had a mammogram last week and they found a spot on each of her breasts. Last Friday they did an ultrasound to check things out and definitely found something on each one. She went to a specialist today- they're not too concerned about her left breast right now- it's a swollen lymph node. The right one, they're extremely concerned with. The ultrasound tech last week thought it was an old cyst but the lady today doesn't think it's possible because the size and the rate of growth (it wasn't there on her last mammogram 2 years ago). She goes next Thursday for a biopsy. So please, please, please keep my Momma in your thoughts and prayers.

I've been in your shoes before - my mom had a mammogram and they found a lump in each breast and it was cancer; they detected them early enough that they were able to cut them out with minimal invasiveness and radiation treatment only - no chemotherapy. She's been cancer-free for 7+ years. I'm hoping that for your Momma it really is just an old benign cyst...
