Help! 12x24 templates

Hi! I'm fairly new to digi scrapping (just over a year) and I've done plenty of two page layouts, but have never done a layout using a 12x24 template, until last night. Just wondering if anyone knows how to upload a 12x24 layout to a site such as Shutterfly, to a photobook? Make sense? Do I have to resize it before loading it because when I try it does not put the entire 12x24 layout over the two pages I'm trying to drag it to.

If you have any suggestions, I'd appreciate it!

I've never done a photobook before, but I'd guess that you'd have to crop it down into and save as 2 separate 12x12 layouts and upload them to your book just as you would individual pages. Good luck!
