Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here, not to digital scrapbooking, however I'm hoping that I can learn a lot from you ladies because I seem to be lacking in the whole design area. LOL! A bit about me, I'm Shasta, 25 years old and am engaged to an Air Force Officer who is currently in Iraq. We're getting married September 18th of this year. :thumbup:

I have 2 Calico cats who are trouble makers but I love them like crazy. I work full time as a Pharmacy Coordinator (Application Specialist III)and am in Arizona at the moment.

Anyways, I look forward to meeting you all!

Hi Shasta...and welcome! These ladies have a wealth of information and are so generous in sharing (aka see my Southwest Airlines thread...they are sooooooo helpful!).

I am a SAHM mom of 3 boys (21, 16, and 14) and I homeschool the teenagers. The oldest is at DeVry University (locally) for Multimedia Design. We are HEAVILY into robotics ... our BEST robotics team is traveling to Dallas in April for Nationals!! I have been married for 25 years (26 in May!) ...

...speaking of traveling...I will be flying to AZ on Thursday to meet my mom there (she is buying a house near Phoenix) ... I look forward to checking out the area ... my sister is there now and does NOT want to come home (Kansas City) ... says it is absolutely beautiful there!

Wow, what a nice welcome from everybody. I'm glad there are some people from AZ here! I'm loving the weather right now, if it could stay 75 degrees even in the summer I would be a happy camper.
 
Welcome Shasta! Another fellow Arizonian here...and yes, I am trying not to think too much about the upcoming summer and enjoying the perfect weather right now. Are you stationed at Luke Air Force base?

We're at DM Air Force Base. Right now I'm debating on if I want to go to the air show this weekend or not. I'm on accutane so I have to be careful about sun exposure. :thumbdown:
