pretty close this week. Alot of people in the top 3 spots for 7/8/9 pts. Well only one for 9. I was surprised that Andrew was not in the bottom 3 though

I almost changed too! I didn't think Tim would make it into bottom 3 and I had Andrew in there and going home instead (but am sooo glad he stayed!)

Dang! That was totally who I would have picked for my own bottom 3 but I never figured that's how the votes would actually go.

Honestly, I don't think I'd care if this entire group of contestants got sent home at this point. :blink: This season is a serious snoozefest so far. Getting to watch David Cook just reminded me of how good this show can be...and just how badly this season is lacking any real star power. I'm not even sure I'll make it through this season at this rate.

I think David Cook has totally ruined Idol forever for me He just came out week after week and owned it and no one has done that since then...he raised the bar too high I think

I totally suck at this game. This year has been kinda boring. This might wrap up American Idol. I think Ellen has nothing to add to the show, same thing over and over, or copying everything Randy says. Pretty boring season.

I agree, I am so totally unimpressed with this season. If Crystal would act a little happy to be there I would say just give it to her and end this thing now.

OK - I fell asleep twice at the end watching the results last night. Can someone PM me who the bottom 3 were and who went home? Unfortuntely my work browser doesn't let me see the American Idol stuff. I know who two were in the bottom, but not the last one or who went bye-bye.

this season sucks. wtf is up with crystal - is she lacking personality that much? actually - all of them really lack personality. and i guess i just don't get sioban. it's like she talks with her mouth half closed and her mind half baked. it's been said that it's a girl's year - but WHO?!?! no one - NO ONE is interesting to me.

i wish someone would step up and DO something.

YES, exactly!! I don't feel like any of them are trying to win. They're just trying not to suck enough to get sent home. The entire group seems SO scared every week which is such a contrast to the talent from the last several seasons. I truly don't understand how this group was the best of the best of ALL of those people who auditioned. And I thought a girl might win when Lilly and Katelyn were still in the competition but now I'm not so sure. But then I don't really think any of the guys deserve to win at this point either.

I know a lot of people love Crystal but I find her SO boring and really not current at all. I think Simon was right when he called her a street performer, and I really kind of think she'd be happier doing that than being on the American Idol stage.

I didn't guess that Tim would be in the bottom 3 because of the VFTW, but I *should* have put him down. I hated his version of the song (and I haven't even heard the original).

I'm with the rest of you - this year is completely BORING. This week was the PERFECT week to rock out and impress the world - I mean the ROLLING STONES!?!?! And they made it BORING. 1/2 of them stood still or sat, and then you had Michael who tried to dance, but it didn't really work.

I am completely, 100% unimpressed this year, and I can gaurantee I won't be buying an album that any of these idols come out with unless they can earn it. I think Lee has potential, but he looks terrified, lol.
