Thanks for all you lovely ladies who went and voted for me for that singing competition! I WON!!!! :D Now I get to compete in the finals next week. Wooooot! THANKS so, so, sooooooooo much! :thumbup:

The winner of the finals gets $1000, second place gets a $500 GC to a local music store, third place gets a $300 GC to that same store. :)
I know it's not likely I'll win, but if I win the competition, I'll be able to pay for our trip to my brother's wedding next month... or else we can't go. :sleep:

I hardly listen to the radio, unless you count Sirius, and I never see the paper. LOL. For that matter, I think I'm constantly mispronouncing Gila.:p Those prizes are sweet though! Good luck! Where are the finals? Did you get my pm?

"Heeee-la" = Gila. hehe

It's at the Safford Center for the Arts... I have no idea where that is. lol And yes, got your PM and returned it! :)
