#27 just plain confuses me. I'm not quite sure what they're after there.
#26 - Do we have to use one of the prompts from that site, or can we make one up. (e.g. I've learnt not to leave the cookie jar within reach of the kids etc)
I'd love to see some examples if anyone has completed these portfolio challenges.

Ok heres my take on it! I'm going to be using the inspiration from this one to do my layout
http://www.cardoncopy.com/seventeen/index.html
See how's its advertising a garage sale, well instead of using boring block writing they have used nice cursive writing on the blue paper and tacked that on the power pole, well what I'm getting from that, is instead of using bold writing as my title for my layout, I'm going to be using cursive font/alphas instead.
or like this one for a example

They found a watch, so instead of just writing it on a boring piece of paper, they have made a cool graphic and put the phone number around the circle, so you could get inspiration from that - use your journalling around a object/circle etc
Does that make sense?

I LOVE the idea behind this challenge. The guy goes out and finds grungy boring signs and breathes new life into them by amping up the font work and doing really cool things with the titling in the new signs.
This one would make a great LO I think...

And for even more general inspiration, I think the actual website with all the little blocks, header and circle stamp at the bottom would make a pretty rockin layout composition-wise too...

Get creative, there isn't any one way to do this one : )

OK, these are great. I was obviously looking at it too literally. I looked at the front page (with the blocks) didn't see too much, then clicked on the 'mission' which is just words. I should've taken it a step further and looked in the gallery. Duh.
Thanks for your help and inspiration.

OK, I went in this direction for #26. Does this meet the requirements? I did actually learn these new quotes if that helps. If not can someone please let me know and I'll add an arrow to it and use it for the #2 challenge. :)
