I'm confused seeing some of the layouts here. My understanding from the portfolio instructions and from Robin's comment (earlier in this thread) is to take an old layout, pretty much use the same photo and the same kit, just add some things (or take away), maybe change the positioning, etc., but one should still be able to recognize the old layout, not create a completely different page with a completely different kit, etc. Now, am I wrong?

Digiscrap Rewind: Recreate a layout you’ve done in the past to make it bigger and better than ever. Add that journaling you skimped on before, update the style and design vibe or share what you were REALLY thinking at the time. (share the original layout and the updated version in your portfolio point tracker post to earn both points)

While that is what I did with my page this month... I don't think that's how I interpret the challenge. In the past I've done different pictures or a different kit that I thought went better with the picture or better with the theme of my original layout.

Well...I only joined Sweet Shoppe Designs a couple weeks ago. So while I have previous DIGI LO's, I don't have any previous ones with Sweet Shoppe Designs kits. So that's why I did what I did.

I love this Challenge - and it was perfect for me this month. Have you ever done a page and liked it well enough, but then a new kit comes out that is absolutely perfect? That's what happened when I saw Misty's Sing a Rainbow kit. It was absolutely perfect for a page I did last month - so I used it for a complete re-do of the original. Here are the two pages:

True, that's one awesome kit. I only bought it like 2 weeks ago, but already used it for 1 digital LO and 4 hybrid ones. And I still feel I want to use it some more.
