bahaha...I work Customer Service over a phone (or I did, today was my last day) and it happens so often that I have people talking to me like this and it takes FOREVER for me to figure out what the heck they are asking me. Though it sounds like you got set up with a great discount plan! lol
 
wow... that is funny!! I wonder what it would have been like talking to "Lilly" over the phone? I've had way too many "experiences" like that via phone... it just annoys me.
 
haha! i'm betting her first language is Indian or korean or something. i hate when i have to talk to people on the phone who can't speak engllish very well. i have to strain and listen so hard to understand, lol. my dh refuses to even attempt to understand. he hands me the phone. i'm better at it than he is lol.
 
WOW :blink: That is just..... I could not process what "she" was even saying - all I could do is look at the context - I think I have to go back and reead it!!!!
