I'm ticked at myself. I have NEVER bought a duplicate of something I already have, but did it Saturday. I'm relatively new to buying stuff here at SSD and loved Shawnas Bold Metal alpha, but didnt realize that it's in the Dirt Dont Hurt kit, which I just bought not long ago :mad: I dont get scrapping money often, and have to shop the sales here at SSD to afford it - so needless to say, I just wasted $2 on the alpha. :( I'm bummed.
 
I have done that before (not here at another store) and emailed the store owner and got a credit. Ive also accidentally bought something I did not mean to and gotten a refund after the download links were disabled and verified I had not attempted to download it.
 
Really!? I dont care about being "refunded", if I could get another Shawna alpha, I'd be tickled pink! Thanks for letting me know, I didnt know that would be an option.......:thumbup:
 
You are not alone in buying things twice... I think I've purchased a Christmas kit of Zoe's three time! LOL!! I didn't do anything about it... figured no "returns".
 
Ive done that before too! I got Julie's Bumble Boom in the Daily Digi files then saw it come to SSD and loved it that I bought it here too not realising!!

That's what happens when you shop at SSD, the designers are so talented that they make you want to shop no matter if you already have it!! LOL ;) Glad it got sorted out!
 
I did something like that once... I accidentally purchased a kit from a lady I CT'd for. You know, a kit I've ALREADY WORKED WITH.

I don't know what I was doing. I had worked with it, but hadn't seen the preview yet. It was a collab that was in the OTHER designer's store, and I saw it and said "Oh! That's pretty!" and bought it.

Then, unzipped it and went "Doh! I already played with this kit..."
 
I have done that too..only it was in some bundled stuff..I didn't realize that the word arts were in a bundle I had also added to my cart....and of course it was here...must mean I really wanted them. =) I also blame it on the great designers for making me want it that much to purchase twice..LOL!
