The Ghost of Awesome Past
I imagine I'm not the only person out there that is a Verizon customer. In my area (and maybe all over) they are getting rid of the internet customers and transferring them to Frontier Communications. Well, I'm not thrilled with that. I was perfectly happy and don't like being ditched by Verizon. I tried to find info on the situation but I haven't found the answers yet. I was wondering if anyone knew the answers because when I tried to call Verizon they had a long wait time to speak to a rep. And now that I think about it, I want to be armed with answers before I call because I'm already on edge about this.
If you have a verizon.net email address, will that stay the same? (I'm guessing not since it will become a Frontier account, and I HATE the idea of changing my email addy.
)
If you have a bundle with verizon, will the pricing stay the same? For instance I have a phone-Fios internet-DirecTV bundle that saves me about $30 a month.
Will verizon be doing the billing for Frontier Communications? or will I get a separate bill?
If I'm in a contract with Verizon, can I break it without penalty if I choose to not transfer over to Frontier?
Can anyone tell me about Frontier Communications? Are they reliable and have good customer service?
Ugh!! I'm not a fan of change.
