Shadow help!

Alright, for whatever reason my shadows in PSE5 just quit working...Ive got a template up and one of Traci's kits...and every time I try to drag a shadow over to the element, nothing. But it shows over in the layer palette that there are shadows.

What do I do?

Could the shadow be too small to be seen?

No, right now its just the software settings, which can surely be seen. When I go in over on the palette to check it, it shows it at the default, even though I see nothing. Everything was working fine a few minutes ago, I finished up a LO and then started a new one.......

Gonna shut PSE down and see if that helps.

I'm not sure as I haven't used the shadows in my PSE for almost 2 years but a re start and even a reboot of your computer might fix it too!!! Good Luck!!!

Thanks gals. Not sure what happened. It must have had something to do with the template I was trying to use....I shut down and restarted PSE and pulled up a different template and everything was fine. Weird.
