Card and envelope templates?

Do you guys use blank cards and envelopes that you buy from the store and then glue your digi-papers and stuff to them? Or do you have a template for cards and envelopes that you use? If you do, where did you get them?

I make card fronts and then attach them to card blanks, which I usually make myself by cutting a 8.5x11 sheet of paper in half on the 11" side and then scoring down the middle for a 4.25x5.5 card. As for envelopes, I ordered a huge lot of clear ones a long time ago and am still working my way through that stash.

Just wanted to add if you are looking for premade envelopes for the size card that Joana mentioned making look for A2 or invitation envelopes ( 4 3/8 x 5 3/4). This is how I make my cards also.

I create my own blanks using A4 card too and buy up various sized envelopes whenever I see a good deal on them.

I'm pretty sure they can but I think they cost a little extra postage if I remember correctly.
