Nothing exciting here. We'll go up to Marti's parents (an hour from here) for lunch on Thursday, but that's about it. I don't have to cook or anything, so that's a good thing.
We'll probably put the tree up that night. Seems REALLY early to be doing that, but it's literally the only day between now and Christmas that we both have off.
Pretty boring, huh?

you almost get to where you hate the holidays and trying to make plans around everyone and trying to please everyone... whew....
Thanksgiving morning we like to go to church,
then to my parents house for lunch at noon or 1pm
hang out for a while and then head to hubby's parents house (thank goodness they are only 10 minutes apart)...
whew
hope everyone gets along and look at some ads!!!
Praying there are some good sales!!

We're going away for Thanksgiving. It's the one holiday I feel comfortable saying to our families "We're taking this for us." We spend Christmas driving all over to visit relatives, so we just go on vacation for Thanksgiving. We rented a condo, I'm buying Thanksgiving dinner at a grocery store there, and we'll go shopping and see the sights. I'm very excited. Can't wait to start packing!

Well.....I'm cooking my first dinner on Thursday (wish me luck!).....thankfully it's just us and my MIL and SIL so if it stinks I won't be too crushed! Then on Friday we're heading to Syracuse for dinner at my dad's on Saturday. I'll be spending the entire week afterwards there so I can prep for my sister's baby shower which is the following Saturday......it's sure going to be one looooooong week!!!

Going to DH's parents house (oh joy) for dinner at 2pm. Then hubby has to work from 7pm-5am so it'll just be the boys and I.
La, wanna come play at my house? My Cameron and your Connor (and my Connor too) would have such a blast. And I'm sure you and I could find a way to pass the time....

I work retail and my store opens at midnight on Thanksgiving... yes... MIDNIGHT. So, guess who is working midnight until 7am? :( Sigh...
But, this year is my MIL's first one without my FIL since he died a few months ago... so I will probably do a dinner and invite her over. All the rest of the family is planning stuff with the other sides of their family, so it will be quiet here. Which will be nice since I'm going to need a nap to prepare for working all night long.

After that we have my daughters birthday then of course christmas, and no one can forget black friday. We go out not to get the chirstmas presents as we have a good stock of them already, we go out to get my daughters presents and she usually ends up with one really good one. But wait this wasa bout thanksgiving. we are gona go to MILs like we do every year.

We already had Thanksgiving up here in the Great White North (LOL) but I am seriously drooling at the thought of turkey.
I wish all of you a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday, and please feel free to have some turkey, dressing and lots of desserts for me!

This is where the "I HATE MY HUBBYS JOB" comes! LOL! Well, our plans are to go to Brookville, PA to spend it with my hubbys relatives. We normally do this every year and it is important to us now because my husbands grandmother hasn't been doing very good and since we don't get to get up that way too often we like to go when we can. BUT with my husbands job we can't know until last minute if he will need to work that day. :( So, right now we think we are going but that can change the day before. This is how it is with everything!

I'm having both families at my house. Thank goodness we all get along!
Every other year we have Turkey Day at the Coast. A big group of us get together, all bring something and do the trailer thing. It's tons of fun! Can't wait until next year!!!

We'll just be hanging out at home, I'll cook a huge dinner, like always. No family around, everybody is about 3000 miles away, but I think a few friends from work will be stopping by.

We're heading to my in-laws (who thankfully I adore), they're hosting a pretty large party for family and friends this year. Wish I could get home to my family, but living 1/2 way across the country, we need to flip flip holidays. :)

We are headed off to my Jay's mom's (an hour drive from here), which then, we will go pick up two of my kids after they get off work and take them out to dinner and a movie. Maybe that next day I'll put up the christmas tree...

HA!!! To her credit, there will be 24 for dinner!!! So not to traditional, but we will be home for the only game that matters - to watch the COWBOYS DOMINATE!!!!!!!! Now thats thanksgiving!!!

I'll be making dinner at my house for the immediate family including in-laws which makes 19. I've done this for many years now and it has become Tradition. I love it though and have the week off to prepare. Yippee!!
