Question about hybrid TOU for Heather Roselli

If I wanted to use Heather Roselli's Cocoa or Cookie in a Jar (http://www.sweetshoppedesigns.com/sweetshoppe/product.php?productid=19460&cat=266&page=1)hybrid kit, or her Backpack template to make some projects for sale at a school gala, does her TOU allow that?

I've read the store TOU, but wasn't quite sure how the hybrid part fits into that. Especially when the Cookie in a Jar is already premade? Does it then count as a quickpage and therefore against the TOU? I'm guessing the backpack template is OK to use since I still have to use other papers etc.

I don't want to do the wrong thing, so thought I'd ask.
