I had no problems up until earlier this month. I keep losing signal. I've only had them since late Aug.
2x the techs have come out and said that the screws weren't tight enough in the dish on the roof. ummm Ok genious Thanks :thumbdown: and 3 days later I'm back w/no signal the weirdest thing is the local & dh's beloved Spanish channels still work! but nothing else!!! :glare:
I'm at my wits end and they've assigned us a Case Manager and I know it's not their fault per say but how many x's are they going to tell me the same crap, I told the guy yesterday listen to me they need to come with all new equipment tomorrow or just disconnect the crap and they can take it with them when they come out, seriously I just couldn't be nice anymore
It's 90 days 2 days ago not sure about the cancellation and stuff but I'm so irked having to call them for the same issue for the 3rd yes 3rd time! :cursing:
