Here's one I make that my kids LOVE:
4-6 chicken breasts
1 8oz cream cheese
1 package italian dressing mix
1 stick butter
Put the chicken in the crock pot and cook a few hours. Then mix the melted butter, italian dressing mix, and cream cheese and pour over the chicken. Cook another few hours. Serve with rice. Yummy!

We have a recipe like this that's really good. We mix the BBQ sauce with some sort of preserves -- peach or apricot. Plus a couple tablespoons of yellow mustard.I like to pour a bottle of BBQ sauce over chicken breasts or thick boneless pork chops and cook them until the meat just falls apart. Serve with a baked potato and veggie
These are recipes for whole chickens, from the Crockpot 365 blog.
My family loves these recipes! After we eat the chickens, I use the bones/carcass and make chicken broth overnight in the same slow cooker. Cheap and healthy!!
