In need of inspiration

I'm really anxious to finish up my pregnancy scrapbook, but I'm pretty stuck on my ultrasound picture LOs. I need a template (or a LO to lift ) that features one good sized picture & room for journaling. Anything come to mind??

Sorry, don't have a pic....but for my first pregnancy I did a pregnant sillouette as the full 12x12 layout with the ultrasound (cut in a circle) in the belly. I was paper scrapping then......and only had 1 US pic
