Ooooh Google Chrome!

I've had enough of Firefox, so I just downloaded and installed Google Chrome and it's purty! And FAST!!

Anyone else using Chrome? Do they have cool add-ons? Fill me in!!

I was using but then I found that it wasn't compatible with some websites so I am back to Firefox. Just type in Google Chrome add ons and you can find some cool ones.

I've been using Chrome since early this year. I like it better than IE and Firefox because those 2 crash a lot for me. Chrome crashes sometimes too, but I don't have to restart my computer when it does. The only extentions/addons that I use are the Amazon "add anything to your wishlist" and the swagbucks search.

Yep - I use it and love it!! The only few extensions that I really use are Speed Dial, Adblock, accuweather and an url shortener. I don't load it down with a ton of stuff.

I keep an IE tab for that. Those sites that can't support Chrome are just SO behind the times :D

What about sites that are ONLY IE compatible? I can't even view those sites.

I use Chrome for most of my browsing but still keep Firefox around for printing. Most sites won't let you print from Chrome.

I use clip to Evernote and Color Pick a lot.

Some banking, business, and education websites are built with software that only is supported in IE but Firefox can sometimes get sneaky and work anyway. I love Chrome though! I use it on all my computers and have the bookmarking sync turned on. It's the best! I love being able to pin tabs too. I have my most frequently checked sites pinned so I can check them often. I think I only have a few extensions on chrome. One is FeedSquares, which is a beautiful way to view your RSS feeds. If you love to check out blogs you might want to look into that. Another is Read It Later. That one is in lots of browsers. It just let's me click it and add it to my list of sites that I find that I may not have time to read and don't want to bookmark as a fav just yet. And my last fav is vi.sualize.us You can right click any image (that allows right clicking) and add it to an image inspiration gallery that can be public or private.

I lurrrrve my Chrome. Seriously, best thing ever.

I use the Add This (to share, translate, print and bookmark), and Create Link (Copy current page URL to clipboard in various formats).

Well just a FYI...I found out the other day when I was having issues with posting online some photos I took, that ONLY Firefox is color managed (color profile sRGB is preserved) and so colors can look wonky in IE and Chrome. They both strip the data. Most pictures it doesn't matter a lot, but some can look really wonky. Very aggravating.

Well "only" for PCs that is...the Mac browser is color managed as well.

You can download Safari for Windows too. Just go to the download page and scroll down - there's a small link for Get Safari for Windows.

I <3 Chrome! I'm on it right now. For me, it is the fastest and crashes least. I tried out Opera, Safari, Firefox, the dreaded IE (I know! Yikes!!!), and a sampling of others, but Chrome is still my favourite. And to think, I protested so long before getting it!
