What are you thankful for today?

Today I'm thankful for warm coats and fuzzy mittens!! Brrrr....it's cold outside!!!

today i'm thankful for a relatively lazy day and getting back to 'normal.'

I'm thankful for quiet nights at home listening to hubby read to little man.

I'm thankful for my warm sweaters, socks and blankets on this freezing cold, wintery, stormy night.

Thankful for a boyfriend that notices I mentioned not grabbing something for dinner on my way to school, and when I see him later, makes me ramen noodles because he knows I'll be hungry. Also thankful for a mother that cares about me, and tall glasses of orange juice.

Thankful for not having lost any friends despite having lost nerves with two of them. Special thanks for not having lost nerves with Mum. And to the fact that we could find those winter boots for her at first try! Thankful for Becherovka, too.

Today I'm thankful for Ella's amazed "WOW" expression this morning at the tree decorations we finished after she went to bed, doctors that see sick kids at a moment's notice (and for no PICU visit...), for spending my lunch with a very happy, smiling, kicking Lily, for Ella saying "Cinderella" clear as day at the dinner table, for splashes and fun in the bathtub, for taking an interest in the potty (YES!), and the memories that come flooding back when I look at our Christmas tree ornaments from when I was a kid. Thanks, Mom!
