Want some more ideas for meals in the freezer?

I need someone to do all the prep so it is already in the freezer for me. The sight of food makes me nauseous right now. I have taught my 6 & 8 year old how to open canned food to heat in the microwave.!

Thank you for sharing! I need to do this more. It's just me and my kiddo and we hate making a big fuss in the kitchen EVERY night. Sometimes we end up just doing sandwiches to make life simple. This would be awesome!

Thanks Darcy!

I've been doing freezer cooking for about 3 months and LOVE it. I'm a vegetarian so I've pulled recipes from a variety of sources. So far I've succeeded with

White Bean Chili
Mac-n-Cheese
Butternut Squash Soup
Black Bean Soup
Basic Vegetable Soup
Rice Pilaf
Indian Rice Pilaf
Butternut Squash Risotto
Pureed Sweet Potato Soup
Roasted Red Pepper Soup
Twice Baked Potatoes
Chard & Onion Fritatta
Quorn Cutlets (fake chicken breasts) marinated a variety of ways
Veggie Burriitos
Split Pea Soup
Stuffed Pasta Shells
Lasagne Rolls

I'm always looking for new recipes. THANK YOU for the link! I definately want to try the enchiladas!

Hey I bought Tilapia for the FIRST time yesterday. I'm going to make the recipe you have on your blog... I was wondering though.... I want crispy fish. Does it come out crispy the way you made it in the oven or should I fry it?

Thanks for both the links! I really need to do this. With DH deploying, it'll be a good way for us to eat while he's gone.;) I really want to try the clam chowder!

Heidi- you mean mine? Yep - panko makes it really crispy - bread crumbs, alone, won't do it.

ETA: I should say it comes out crunchy..not crispy.
