Oh that is adorable!! I have the curtain rod type LO displayer in my house too. I love it.
 
Beautiful! My son has been asking for a 'scene' painted on his room when we move to California. This has given me some great ideas! I LOVE the tree!
 
I painted the tree and "grass". All the things on the tree are wall appliques from Target - the Love & Nature set. I was going to paint everything until I found them, and then it seemed silly to do all the work! The butterflies I found at Michael's and nailed them to the wall, then just drew the paths with a brown sharpie. The butterfly garland are some cut outs I also found at Michael's, covered with extra material from the quilt my MIL made.
 
are those those tissue paper big flower things hanging over the window? and did you make those? I soooo want to make some of those, but haven't tried yet and I LOVE the hanging frame thing with the curtain rod!!!
 
Angie, those flowers are made from tissue paper. I did not make them myself, although I don't think it's difficult. I didn't want to go on the hunt for the right color of tissue paper so I ordered them off etsy... i think I searched for pom flowers. I'm pretty sure I saw some instructions on Martha Stewart's blog/website on how to make them.

The hanging picture frames have been a staple in our nursery for all three kids. I've made a few as gifts for friends, too. Inexpensive, but looks nice and covers a good area of wall!
 
awesoome...another question, the hanging frame thing, can you tell me how you attaached the ribbons to the frame? are they stapled to the back of the frame?

There are two eyelets screwed to the back of each frame.
 
Holy heck that room is awesome!!! I love that cluster of flowers and lantern by the window and those canvases! That is amazing! :D
 
It's all so adorable! I love that owl line from Target! I tried to get my girls to get that for their room but I was out-voted. It's so cute!
