What supplements do you take daily?

Been researching on the internet about various supplements. so wondering what you all are taking on a daily basis?

i'm currently taking Rainbow Light Women's One, Omega 3 fish oil, green tea extract and cranberry (i usually have recurrent uti)

I take a One A Day Women's Vitamin and a Calcium/Vitamin D supplement (my mom has severe osteoporosis). Gotta keep those bone healthy!

We take quite a few. I personally take a prenatal (still breastfeeding), Vit D, Vit C, greens, Udo's Omega 3-6-9 blend, and kelp.

Oh and I also take tons of cranberry when I'm having kidney stones, which is quite a bit lately. Pregnancy is NOT healthy for me. I had stones with every pregnancy and this one was the worst.

I only take liquid vitamins... some of those fillers in some companies pill versions just scare me... you might as well eat a paint can! Also liquid absorbs faster and more complete than a pill... okay, I'm off my soap box about my dislike of pill form vitamins... :D

My house is HUGE in taking vitamins... So I take Vibe, transesveratrol, Omega3, Vitamin D, and calcium...

Kiddo takes the kid versions of Vibe and VitD3... and my hubby also takes a joint supplement (family history of bad joints).

I take:

Sublingual B12 (because I'm a lifelong vegetarian).
Fish oil for the cardiovascular benefits (because I don't eat fish to get the benefit).
Calcium (because I'm way over 40 and even though I eat dairy I'm old and need it - I've lost 3/4 of an inch *sigh*)
D3 (I'm vitamin D deficient)
PreserVision (because every woman on both sides of my family has macular degeneration).

I don't take a multivite because I eat a very well rounded diet of colorful fruits and veggies every day and my physicians have always told me a multivite would be overkill - LOL.

I take a multivitamin - currently Maxine by MaxiSorb. My multivitamin has to have at least a good B-series source, but I don't worry about calcium because I usually get it through dairy sources.

i'm off everything i was taking before (bc of my current meds)
but i took, garlic, flax, cranberry, b complex (was vegan), and something else im forgetting..

now i just take vit d because im deficient.. i was also b deficient which is crazy :p

I want to try liquid. Last time I tried the Women's One a Day I had horrible tummy issues and it wasn't worth it. I do need to get back on iron. I've been tracking my food out of curiosity and I see that I usually get only 50%-65% of my iron a day, eek!

None... I should but all vitamins, no matter the way they get into you make me sick. I'm also supposed to take iron supplements but those make me extremely sick.

I take a prenatal.

I need to start taking my Vit D again, and I'd like to take Green tea and an Omega 3.

Suggestions?

I take a prenatal vitamin, even though I have absolutely no intention of having any more kids, but it does wonderful things for my hair. :)

I also take acidophilus pills.

We take JuicePlus vitamins. It is all made from plants and stuff and they have a gummy version for the kiddos. Its the only way I can get them to get veggies! We love them and there isn't any chemicals/etc in them. No iron specifically, just what is in green leafy vegetables, etc.

I give Emma-Lynn a gummy vitamin and am thinking of putting my son on the Teen One A Day because he will grow, literally, over night. I am just convinced he needs it haha. Both kids get growing pains in their legs. Gonna take a look at the store for an iron and start there, I am so tired after many hours of sleep and this could be why.

I eat spinach every day. We add it, with tomatoes, to eggs on the weekends and are also using the juicer on weekends. Gotta get those nutrients!

has anyone heard of protandim? I am going to start taking it soon. It is pretty much an anti-aging pill with lots of science behind it. I thought I would give it a try.

forgot to mention that i also take calcium citrate (with magnesium and vit D)
didn't know vit. D is important?

i'm looking into probiotics with acidophilus. i'm hesitant to try them because there was a test where they tested several acidophilus supplements and found that most are not acidophilus and/or already dead. Deb and Stacey, what brand acidophilus do you take?

julie, i've never heard of protandim?

protandim is not sold in stores. I heard about it through a friend that sells it. You can google it and find several videos and research about it. They did shows about it on nightline and other major networks. I am not selling it, but I just ordered my first bottle. I hope it gives me more energy. We'll see.

If I'm on an antibiotic, I take this from GNC. But, for every day, I take Origin from Target.
