Today's my weigh in day... and I'm pretty sure I didn't lose anything with all the stress eating of bread and butter because of the kids being sick, oye.
I've been doing stuff all week but haven't had a chance to type it up lol.
Today I did 9km on the bike in the gym, 15 mins on the cross trainer and a few weight machines. I upped my weight on some of them so I'm aching now lol. Plus the 1 mile walk home!
I also got weighed today as I can't make it tomorrow and I've lost another 3.2lbs!
My bike again. This time I upped the resistance level, so I actually made more than ever. I lasted for 16 minutes (I only do it until it feels fine, I don't want to waste myself as I want to continue every day). It will take some more time before I can do 45 minutes.
Just got back from the gym. Did about 30 minutes of totally body weight training, followed by 30 minutes of run/walk intervals. My butt is still sore from yesterday's photo shoot so today was a struggle to get through. But at least I did it!
Oh and I just have to mention that adding weights and changing my cardio to interval training has totally made a difference. The scale is moving again!!!!
I did a brisk 35 minute walk while wearing 19lb Asher in a wrap... it was 2 miles total but wanted to do 3... but had to book the last bit as a t-storm came rolling through... we got wet LOL

Intended to use the treadmill but was lazy. Oh, and I made cheesecake stuffed strawberries and Italian Cream Cake for the holiday so yea, that isn't good either.
