Flab Redux Day 8

I ran 7k on the dreadmill, I hate that thing. I was to run 10k, but I was bored, too warm and I wanted to go home. LOL

I also did 15 min of arms (3x10 with 20lb weights), 50 push ups, some abs.

I also did around 10 min of yoga to stretch out.
 
Did a half hour on the treadmill, 2% incline. That sounds so little but my short legs feel it! Down a few pounds since starting! Great job ladies!
 
We went to see the parade and ceremony at the cemetery... so we walked everywhere... and stood for like 4 hours... ;) So, don't know if burned anything - but my leg muscles hurt and I sweat like a gallon in the 85+ degree weather... :p
 
Nothing major today, just a bike ride with the kids, to the cemetery. It was HOT, though! Glad I didn't try to to run in this heat.
 
I am sad to say that I didn't exercise today. I just wasn't motivated and had a really, really crappy day. Just some BS going on and was missing my DD so much that it's all I could think about.

But, I ate good today at least and tomorrow is a new day.......
 
After a good week on the treadmill again I did nothing and ate pizza. It's ok though, back in the groove tomorrow.
