Did you exercise today? What did you do?


I haven't been able to do anything since we've been at the homeschool convention but I'm thinking I'll be getting lots of exercise with wearing my chunk all day today.

I did 30 Day Shred today, level 3 and also ran 3 miles.

Nothing today. Just sticking to my WW plan. So sore from yesterday's gauntlet. But I will up and at it again in the morning.

We went geocaching for two hours. I think we walked for about 4 miles.
