For the camera I have Vignette & Retro Camera. Lots of fun! And Picplz for sharing.

For organizing I like Evernote, which also has desktop & browser add ons that all link together so you have everything everywhere you need it. I also like My Fitness, but Evernote can replace it. I just like how it's set up better.

My kids love the games Crush the Castle & X Constructions.

Double Twist for a music player & Shazam to ID music playing anywhere.

Thanks, going to look those up! Do you know if there is a way I can buy more than one app at a time? From the Market on my phone it looks like I have to buy and download one at a time.

They mentioned a lot that I use......I LOVE LOVE LOVE doubletwist. It turns my itunes playlist compatible for my droid mp3 player. LOVE it.

Facebook, twitter, Angry birds (original, seasons and Rio!), Retro Camera, Chicktionary, Droid Light (flashlight on your camera that I use more than I thought I would!), Kindle, Photoshop Express, Pandora, Color Note and Air1.

Ooo yes! I forgot about Kindle & Evernote. I make my grocery list on Evernote on my computer & then check things off on my phone or iPad in the store. LOVE it.

I'm going to have to redownload my apps on my new phone.

I need my:
Our Groceries
Find A Starbucks
Facebook
Kindle
Evernote
Weatherbug
YouVersion (bible app)
Droidlight

I'm not big on the phone games thing. It keeps my boys from using my phone all the time.

Thankfully I had mine backed up for the contacts so they are all there still!
My google calendar is my best friend on there!

Springpad. It's similar to Evernote. Has an online version that syncs with the app.

Ohhh enjoy! I looked at the Thunderbolt when I purchaced my Droid X in March...We have no real reason for a 4G network so I went with the Droid...I love the Amazon Android app...free app daily...sometimes I get it sometimes I don't...
I also LOVE evernote...

Thanks for sharing these. I have the original droid which I did a factory reset too recently and its like a brand new phone now! Anyway, I do not search apps frequently and this thread helped me find some new ones. I love Pocketbooth and springpad..maybe. I would love an app like that that keeps my notes on my front page, like sticky notes!
Hmmm, I need to create that maybe if it does not already exist.

oh and I wanted to add that Shake/Uninstall is great when you try an app (free mostly) and you want to uninstall. Just shake your phone and its gone.

About Evernote, several of you have mentioned it but it confuses me. Are there "apps" for Evernote that you add to do to do lists and grocer lists?

I found ColorNote, sticky notes that you can put on your home screen. That works best for me because when I try to enter all types of info and stuff, its just too much. Notes are my best friend!

Yeah I think this one will work better for me too. I have the Grocery IQ app for my grocery list and I'm terrible with To do lists! Thanks for the recommendation!

For Evernote it's like you're creating notebooks. And for each notebook you can add lists, photos, notes, etc.

I started off using Evernote but now I think Springpad is easier.

Ok I had to share a NEW TO ME app someone showed me today, Keyring. Its free and it keeps all your rewards cards in one place (grocery, CVS, Rite Aid, etc.) No more hunting for cards! You just show your phone barcode or slide it on self checkout!
