So excited!!!

Most of you probably don't know this but a new museum is opening in my neck of the woods on 11-11-11: Crystal Bridges.

I went yesterday for a sneak peek provided for members, and I am still awed that these masterworks are so close!!! (Rockwell, Stuart, Durand, Whistler, Warhol, Wyeth, etc)

So if you live anywhere near northwest Arkansas, I recommend visiting the museum! Plus, it's free! (Thanks to a $20 Million donation by the Walton Family Foundation) :thumbup:

Oh gosh, I remember them talking about that when I lived there! How exciting to see that it's finally opening! We'll be coming through during Thanksgiving week. I hope we have time to stop in!

What a nice building. I love modern buildings when they play with light like this.

I'm excited it's opening (but sad that I just moved out of NWA)! I'll have to stop by when I visit next. It looks great!
