Hey all our extended family could use some P and PT this week. We were just informed today that my Husbands Brother in laws Brother and Wife were in an fatal accident yesterday.

Mark passed away enoute to the hospital. Stacey (Mark's wife) is in critical condition in the ICU. She's got a broken neck (three places) 2 broken arms, 2 compound fractures of the legs, multiple ribs etc etc etc. Her spine however is fine (amazing). She doesn't know Mark is dead and they don't dare tell her because they fear she'll give up the fight. They also have 4 kids at home from 12-19 years old. :( It's just a tragic tragic accident.

My heart goes out to their family and I wish there was more I could do from Seattle. But prayer and positive thoughts seems to be the only thing we can do right now.

Thanks for the prayers everyone.

So sorry Kim! This is the second really scary accident we've had here in Kaysville this week. The other one involved a train! I'm so sorry for your family's loss! I'll be thinking of you and your family and sending prayers for peace and healing. HUGS!

oh, so heart-breaking and this close to the holidays!! Prayers and hugs to yours and their families... and prayers of strength to the wife and children.

Oh this just breaks my heart. I'm so so sorry to hear this. I'll definitely be lifting the whole family up in prayer. Those poor children. :(

Thats just awful. Praying for her recovery and prayers for the family in the loss of a husband and father.

Thank you all for your positive thoughts and Prayers, when I find more out on Stacey's condition I will let you know.

I'm so very sorry to hear this! Prayers coming for that family and especially that Stacey makes it. Those are about the ages of my 4 children and when my DH and I are alone away from them it's exactly this kind of thing that scares me. That poor family! How tragic - please keep us posted!
