FYI: Leapster 2 Screen not working?

Well don't do like I did and assume it's just broken. Avery's Leapster 2's screen stopped working about a year ago..it would come on but the screen wouldn't respond to the stylus. I was pretty bummed b/c we have about 10 games that go with it and so I thought well..I'll just buy Ella one when she gets old enough to use them. Last night I was cleaning out a drawer and found Avery's non-working Leapster and almost decided to throw it away when it occurred to me to google the problem..within 5 minutes I had it fixed and it's working good as new now. Duh moment. Seriously. Anyway..here's the video that showed me how to fix it.

Awesome to know! Kaylee has a Leapster 2 but is getting a LeapPad for Christmas so I don't know how much she'll be using the Leapster after that.

my DD's Leapster's screen got damaged when DS accidentally spilt water on it. it can still power on but the touch screen is unresponsive. tried it but didn't work
