PSE 7-10, anyone know?

I've been trying to compile all of the features that have come in versions 7-10 of Photoshop Elements. I have 6, but I upgraded my camera this summer and and the RAW version is not supported that far back, so I need to upgrade. Costco has a $30 off coupon right now (and I'm going to check around on Black Friday first) so it would be awesome to get now, but DH is not convinced that I should get it confused so I'm wondering if anyone knows what other differences there are between 10 and 6?

I upgraded last year from 6 to 9 because of the new layer masking option which I loved for being able to weave strings and ribbons in and out of elements and alphas without getting frustrated with the shadowing when I was using the eraser tool in version 6... I LOVED the layer masking option... But I think that version 6 is tons more stable than 9... I learned through much frustration to save often lol... Since 10 is so new I'm not sure of its stability... But doesn't the Costco version include a bunch of mini kits including some from the designers here?

be sure to check out this thread... I guess 10 also includes text on a path which is something I LOVE about PS that PSE didn't have in the past... also Julie posted a link to a video that you might want to watch regarding purchasing at Costco.

Thank you Heather! I did see the text paths, I was excited about that one. I keep having to find just the right path to buy from someone! The layer masks thing is helpful too. I learned a while back how to simulate a layer mask, but having a straight forward option is much easier. I'm excited about the extra CD that comes with it too.. gotta convince him!!
