Keira has to take a bag of 100 of something to school on Monday.

My only thought has been pennies or buttons.

Any other ideas? Please!

I had to go look at the layout I did about this when my youngest were in Kindergarten, but I didn't put what they took in, darn! I actually think they took in 100 little plastic animals. They got these funny 100 glasses. :)

Off the top of my head...colored paper clips, Skittles, beans, toothpicks, straws, colored beads.

Cheerios (or other cereal pieces), pretzel sticks, rocks, sheets of paper, beans, beads, hershey's kisses, M&Ms, dum dum suckers...?

I was going to say Cheerios too. I think one year Cheyanne brought in 100 pieces of Fruit Loops and uncooked macaroni too :D

someone in my daughter's class wore a t-shirt that had 100 buttons sewn on - i thought that was cute :) (haha - and time consuming!)

someone else had a sheet of paper w/ 100 stickers on it ...

At our school the kids do math activities with their 100 items for a few days, so I send something that can withstand some handling. We've done pennies, legos, and straws, and we've also considered beads, buttons, uncooked pasta, stickers, pencils, pom poms, and popsicle sticks.

I got Keira Candy Conversation Hearts. I figured since Valentine's day is the following day and they're learning to read. you guys totally inspired me though! I went to target looking all around.
