Plans for Friday night?

So what are you all up to tonight?

Friday night is my favorite - the whole weekend is ahead of me and I don't have to cook. :thumbup: We sometimes go to HH or out to eat, or bring something in. DH isn't home yet so I don't know what we are doing tonight.

Anyone doing anything special? What are you eating tonight?
 
tonight I am eating queso...it's the only thing in the fridge and I am too lazy to cook, lol. plus I can eat it while I work and catch up on the DVR
 
we're having chili for dinner... and Friday night is always scrapping night for me... Mark usually watches tv and I turn off my browser and scrap scrap scrap... but I've been sick the past few days and was really bad today so I may just go to bed super early :)
 
I made WW balsamic vinegar chicken for me..I knew the kids wouldn't touch it so I baked them some nuggets instead. I am now counting down the minutes til bedtime so I can get a long hot bath, and then snuggle in with my kindle and the DVR. Not sure which one will win tonight lol.
 
Well, it's Saturday morning here :p And I plan to scrap! After a hella lotta work this week, I deserve it! :D
 
I'm still sick (day 10 at least) so we will be staying at home. I made chicken enchiladas last night so we will be eating those leftover tonight for supper. I'm thinking we watch a movie and relax on the couch.

I love Friday evenings, too. They are so carefree.
 
Nothing special... it's really cold here tonight - temps are to be -15 wind chills... I will probably scrap some - if I can get the mojo going...

For dinner... it's left over night... so they have the choice of chicken veggie soup or sauerkraut and kielbasa... my very much German hubby's favorite... kiddo probably will do the soup - as much German he is made of - hasn't made the leap to liking kraut yet... ;)
 
:thumbdown:I'm sick too - Sucks. I don't feel like cooking, and dh doesn't either - I think he's starting to get sick, so we're ordering pizza for dinner... East of Chicago - LOVE their taco pizza... Dh is getting a small sausage with bbq sauce instead of pizza sauce :blink:

No other actual plans for tonight though - just trying to keep the kids as quiet as possible, they've been making my head throb all evening. I scrapped 1 layout, gonna try to get to some more of my older photos again tonight :)
 
We were going to go a hockey game tonight, but its super, super cold, like wind chill warning cold, so we decided to skip it and stay home. We are just gonna watch TV, movies and play (scrapping for me, toys for kiddo and Xbox for both of us). Supper, no clue. I should go look its almost 6 already.
 
I'm trying to make some digi valentines day cards for my parents. Need to get them made, printed and mailed. Just got an email from the church that Sunday is teacher appreciation day. Yikes-we haven't been in the last couple of weeks because my son was sick and then had his tonsils out so this is the first I've heard of that. So, I'm wondering what I can make or pick up for them. And tonight is leftover night.
 
I'm dead tired, so I think we'll be heading to Subway for $5 footlongs and then I'll take a nap. After my nap I might scrap a page! Or go back to designing. :)
 
We're having date night at home tonight. The girls go to Kid's Night Out at the Y (my oldest is volunteer and the younger one is only $5 for the night). Hubs is making Indian food and we're going to watch The Hangover 2.

We were going out to dinner or trying to go out every other week but it got expensive and a little boring. So now we're doing dinner and movie at home. :wub:
 
I'm working tonight, but that's ok because what other job allows you to do what you love from your jammies???

And I've got a (belated) birthday cake in the fridge that I'm just itching to cut into!! Yay!
 
Oh, so you're only taking a 2 week maternity leave then?

Just kidding! Enjoy your much deserved special time!
 
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Seriously, I would have loved to have had about 6 solo kits stockpiled... don't think I didn't try! LOL Somehow my body keeps thinking I need to nap instead of design... go figure! LOL :D :D :D
 
My DH is working late, so I'm taking the kids for a quick dinner and trip to PetSmart for dog food. Then I'm hoping my evening shapes up like Nikki's -- bath and book or TV.
 
I just got home from work and I'm enjoying a nice glass of wine! I think we might order Thai, I'm not in the mood to cook. MIL is coming over tomorrow to stay for a couple of nights, so tomorrow is going to be our pseudo Valentine's day.

My job lets me work from home in my jammies too :P

Try not to be too jealous.

DH is at work. I'm watching 'Who Do You Think You Are?' Monkey'll be going to bed in a few, and then I'll be scrapping until DH gets home.

I did buy DD a hot pink + zebra print tankini and two tix to the Indy Dave Barnes concert for DH and me, so I guess it wasn't a total wash of a Friday night.

I told you to hold back your envy. ;)
 
We did our usual Friday night run to walmart. Home now and it's cold cold cold. Got Sonic for dinner and my BIL and nephew are here to play WoW with Jeff, so they are in the basement, kids are watching Phineas & Ferb and I'm snuggled up on the couch in a blanket ready to scrap.
 
DH and I ended up going for pizza and beer. Took the leftovers by the high school for Wyatt since he has a school activity right after track practice. Oh. Just the pizzza, btw. ;)

Now we are home watching basketball and I'm on my Nookcolor. Think I will light the candles in the fireplace. :)
 
Let's see - we went to the grocery store and then I made dinner (tacos). Now we are getting the boys to bed - then DH and I will watch Fringe and Biggest Loser (I work evenings and we haven't had the chance to watch BL yet this week). And I am really hoping that I'll get a page or 2 done tonight too!
 
We've been doing Friday family movie nights lately. Pizza and something to please 3 girls ages 3 to 8. This week Toy Story 3.
