WW- met my first big goal! and a recipe share :)

I do! This is the first time I've ever tried it..and it's really working for me. I always lose and gain the same 25 lbs..but this time I think I can really keep it off b/c I think it'll be easier to maintain. I don't feel like I'm starving all the time like I do when I just count calories.

Nikki, did you join online or are you going to meetings? I have been thinking about this... is it easy to understand and put into place?

Congrats Nikki!!! That's awesome :)

And that cookie recipe looks really good! Definitely going to have to give them a try!

Awesome! I am going to sign up. I have these pesky 20 lbs that never came off after DD was born... I'm even going to the gym 2-4 times a week and still no weight loss. Can't wait to start losing. :)

Saved the recipe! Need to find some motivation to get started ... going to read up on the WW program ... I'm sure it is different from the 70's when I first looked at it and decided against it ... thanks for posting ... and congrats on the loss!

That's exciting! Its great to see the numbers on the scale go down! There was a great article I read about what losing just 10% of your body weight can do for your health.

Thanks...but I think 10 percent is wrong lol..that would have me at like 120 lbs which is NOT what I started at lol! I wish!! I didn't do the math but I guess I was so excited when I weighed in I processed the info wrong..anyway..It may not be 10 percent but it's still 12 lbs gone :)

No matter the percentage, 12 lbs is still a lot of weight! I have a chart that equates pounds lost to actual items and it says 12 lbs is a bald eagle. That's kind of a weird comparison but hey, whatever! :p
